Staffing Candidate Search Interface

The Adecco Group

While working with Adecco Group NA, I was given a project to improve the candidate search tool recruiters used to source candidates for positions. The project involved working closely with a new team of developers and product owners and created a more efficient workforce by addressing barriers in a recruiter's daily tasks.
